Data doesn't lie! But sometimes data is difficult and time consuming to get together and analyse, which is why we're offering to do it for you! With our diversity audit, you can dive deep into a specific dimension of diversity that you've been wanting to focus on, and let us do the initial grunt work of assessing where your organisation stands today. This is a crucial step in building your business case for DEI. Some of the work we can do in our Diversity Audit (depending on the level of access you provide us with) is: - Number crunching based on your available employee database, employee engagement results and any other available data - Assessing the quality of policies and benefits available to the employee group in question - Gauging employee sentiment (focused group discussions) - Leadership sentiment study (one-on-one conversations) - Provide you with a 'maturity' report on where you stand and possible next steps Book this consultation call as the first step to your diversity audit. We will assess the scope of work, time and effort investment and decide on next steps together. Exceptions: In exceptional cases where services cannot be rendered as agreed upon due to unforeseen circumstances on our part, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include rescheduling or providing additional services at no extra charge. 4.
